Sales increased 1.8% from the month before, and were up 2.3% year-over-year.

Prices slipped in Aug 2010 with the median price dipping 3.7% from the previous month, up 17.9% compared to last year. The average price fell 1.6%, a yearly gain of 20.9%.

Inventory fell 3.8% from last month, and was down 1.6% year-over-year.
